Answer that yourself by using the definition given. When the majority targets a minority I personally think it is.

Interesting. So a British person complaining about Indians is a racist if he does it in Britain but not if he’s in India. Seems a pretty elastic definition.

As it seems you struggle with alternative viewpoints I question who is actually indoctrinated.

I won't bother to try to answer all the responses and defensive justifications you made in your previous post. I suggest you send it to the author, and not to me.

We are where we are. Why we are can be argued about, but it's not going to change the past. What matters is how we deal with it and how we plan our future.

Yes, having die hard labour supporting parents and going to an inner city comprehensive school obviously indoctrinated me as a conservative. Or alternatively I started actually paying attention to what was actually going on in the media and in the culture (and started paying attention) post Brexit. I know what it’s like to think like you (well, to some extent). It wan’t that long ago I was a vague leftie.

You won’t try and answer my responses (or look into this in any serious way) as they are based on empirical facts and not the current prescribed state narrative. I won’t stop you bring out these same old tired lies with those less informed in future though will it?

I suspect that's why the term "typically" is used so that unusual situations are not excluded.

As you can become indoctrinated in may ways and at many stages of your life those excuses don't wash. Good try though. In my experience the recently converted are the most devout so your background is of no surprise at all.

I didn't get into your responses because they weren't to any points I raised and I didn't necessarily agree with any or all of them. If you want an argument have it with the author. The point being made is that there are other views out there.

Sorry but I don’t understand that point at all.

I thought terrorists get indoctrinated.
Not brexit voters.
Blimey WE scraping the barrel now.

Wow, I can remember the early days of my life in employment when all they wanted to know was whether or not you could do the job

Yup but for the BBC it's not enough to know your education and qualifications they also have to know what type of school and parents.

And if you refuse to answer the irrelevant personal questions?

My advice for anyone applying for a job is to answer:

I am:
Gender fluid
Identify as BAME
Identify as disabled
Guardian reader
Remainer
Private education but now that I have experienced it believe it should be abolished.
Mum works in the NHS dad is an advisor to the Labour party.
Qualifications: Degree in Race relations

That should do the trick.

The bank I worked for asked me to complete a diversity form they claimed it was purely voluntary so I refused. Much later I got hold of my personal file which amongst others described me as white male British I can only assume that some busybody in personnel had done me a favour and filled in the missing blanks against my wishes.

It's typical BBC obsessed with identity politics and now they're spending a fortune moving the jobs out of London as if this will make a difference to their programming or how people feel about them.

Still it's only the taxpayers money.
