Maybe she is combining 2 incidents people together etc. I do believe that something happened and quite possibly he was the involved. He comes across as a bit off a wrong 'un, she comes across quite genuine, but there is absolutely no way you can be sure what happened all those years ago, and that doesn't necessarily imply anyone is lying - they may both genuinely believe their version of events. The tough part it's what you do about it : do you bar the guy from this job because he may have done something, or treat him as innocent until proven guilty, and that's what i don't know

Nobody has challenged the assertion. I would say beyond reasonable doubt. You did watch all of the questioning I assume? If there was any chance she had been drinking that would have been too big an opportunity for Kavanaugh to overlook.
