Ok, you will now be the second person I ask to explain why there is a hierarchy in abuse. Why is it more important to be concerned with racial abuse over say abuse of someone considered to be ugly for example?

That happens in newspapers all the time....value judgements happen all the time and are part of life. Why should I consider this form more important than another?

Are you seriously comparing racially abusing someone to calling someone ugly? My word.

It's no real surprise that one tone members like hrolf who permanently have a colour chart in one hand and those with an interest or hierarchy in racial genetic differences don't really think someone being called a black c*nt matters a great deal. It's clear from the clip that this is what he said and he was right to be banned from for life. This idea that racial abuse is somehow no different from calling someone a tosser is of course more mud minded tosh.

Because of the weight it holds in society. Calling someone a wally is a bit different from going up to someone and telling them that their Mum is a c*** or that they look like a pedo. These are all just abuse and insults, but not all insults are identical because they each carry pieces of how we view ourselves as a society within them.

You are simply looking for reasons why a man screaming "black c*unt" at a player a football match doesn't matter that much on account that you're a man perpetually on the run from the black boys on the council estate, viewing anyone different as someone who inherently deserves a lack of compassion because you yourself clearly feel that you didn't receive it. Ironically instead of appreciating the "minority experience" you had, you've just cowered into a majority "my kids, my country" stance which ironically is the same stance that those black kids had, a "might is right". Abused becomes abuser.

Not everyone is responsible for your own mental hangups and going down some kind of genetics route or arguing as to why you think "black c*unt" is no different from calling someone a tosspot is a reflection of your own burnt out values rather than what should or should not be acceptable at a game. Change the record.

You can watch the video if you wish to and clearly see the words he's mouthing. That's what people tend to do if they want to talk about somehting from an ediucated standpoint. You clearly haven't bothered as to you this is an opportunity rather than a concern.
