Actually to be more accurate Egypt is part of both the African and Asian continents, covering both the northeastern part of Africa and the southwest corner of the Asian continent. This is because the dividing line between Africa and Asia is the Sinai peninsula, which runs through Egypt.

One could argue that much of Black history has been lost since there is no physical or written record of it and is therefore not known One could argue the term 'Black' in terms of Western history, is more a political label than a biological one since many Black Americans and British have lots of European genes and vice versa. To label history based on skin colour suggests that it occurred in isolation, which it clearly didn't. We all share in it. It's just history. Egypt, by the way, is in North Africa. I'm not even sure what point you are trying to make.
