you keep wasting your money on funding hate & breaking the law...bless your cotton socks.

anyway...this thread shouldn't be turned into the sterling show.

You type more 'hate' than pretty much any other poster.

Yeah night night, you started the swearing on an unnecessary topic so look at yourself and learn some tact.

no you are not showing anything, as i told you the adult & youth prison estates are effectively different entities...you cant just chuck a 16 year old murderer into the adult estate, it just doesnt happen, so your point is moot.

the adult estate has a lot more people doing small sentences, for example at this time of year there will be a few thousand people who will commit crimes they know will hold a 12/16 week sentence to get them off sleeping on the streets for the worse part of the winter.

But 16 year olds can vote though in a certain world but cant be treated as an adult.
Politicising rough sleepers and crimes to get your point across is mute.
Most rough sleepers choose that way.
Offer them a home and they will refuse it.
Back on point.
These scum bag gang members getting caught with a knife and/or dealing should go down, end of.
In the Thames with concrete boots might persuade some into early retirement.
I hope it's never one of yours on the receiving end due to the apathy of the law in certain areas.

Why do black people have to be so confrontational, if told to go away by police, just go, and they wonder why racism is getting worse...

I'm not sure that 'they' think anything, since people have their own ideas about things and are not one clump of colour. Let's not ignore those committing crimes or indeed crime stats but at the same time let's also not ignore that the overwhelming majority of people of any colour aren't committing crime or being confrontational to anyone, nor do they have the remotest of interest in doing so. The danger of lazily lumping everyone into a 'why do black people..' group is that by default you're condemning countless people who don't fit the bill, and live perfectly decent lives. If you mindlessly demonise and marginalise, then good people do indeed have valid concerns about racism, on account that you're behaving in a racist way towards them.

cryst...youve got me wrong

i am not saying people shouldnt be sentenced because of their age, i am stating the system wont let them be treated as adults as there are different safeguarding rules for under 18’s

all gang members should be sent down for the same amount of time as adults are, not smaller sentences because of age...not smaller sentences because its a knife not a gun

however i dont agree with drowning people sunk in concrete as thats the ramblings of a psychopath, and has no place in society.

its got nothing to do if it was one of mine i want everybody treated the same adults or kids.

I think this is wholly unrealistic.

Business investment doesn't ignore these realities, nor does house pricing nor the people who buy them.

The fact is stark, violent crime levels differ within communities and that leads to significantly different environments.

You talk about numbers of people actually doing the crimes....well they are significantly higher than other groups but its pure day dreaming if you think that's all it is.

Have you lived in a violent environment for years? I spent ten years growing up in Stockwell before 87 and I can tell you It's not just the criminals themselves but a culture where the bar for violence is lower. No one taught them that culture within the British system and these communities have been here multiple generations.

The whole debate around racism is pure idealistic BS.

You take 100 people from any group and the top 30 are always going to be pleasant.....It's not about them, it's about how many at the other end of the spectrum you have to worry about.....and the statistics don't lie.....Even if the system does.

I meant I hope one of yours isnt affected by a scrote who should be locked up.
If labour want 16 year olds to have the right to make the law via their political vote then they should be treated as adults as we agree on.
In work they will be with taxation.
In law they should be.
And maybe drinking and driving age as well.
A decision on voting age should be all or nothing.
Not cherry picking to suite a narrative.
And cement is 5 bags for the price of 4 at B Q so if its price your concerned about......

It was a comment on a sweeping condemnation of black people as confrontational, which is indeed incorrect.

Well, sure the language could have been better but there are real issues there.

I've done a couple of stretches and it's no fun I tell thee. Last stay I had at her majesty's pleasure my TV didn't even have Freeview and there was only a playstation 4 in the communal area. Still though, the methadone gives you a bit of a buzz so it wasn't a total write off.
