Awaits Sir Stirling’s opinion on video. (He can surely waste 4 mins of his life to watch these people whine and whinge about the leader we deserve or is a result of ignoring masses of people? Plus of course time writing something very funny and accurate.)

So many women wanting to 'fcuk Boris' it is really just a testament to his fat boy charisma.

That ginger lad though whose obsessed with racism was the best one .....watching him talk was like licking cringe favoured ice cream.

I suppose I just view those types of people as deeply misguided human beings.....Hopefully they emigrate to the EU....I'm sure their skill sets will prove really useful....especially the ginger lad.....Mind you he should go to Hollywood and be 'Anti Racism Man' in the next Marvel 'look I've no balls' superhero movie.

Funny last paragraph, especially last sentence.

Yesteryear they’d probably be taken the p1ss out of in many universities. Now you’d probably be banned from all social venues if you did. (Thinking about the student union reps watching a few jokes of Norcott’s the other night)

Uptight g1mps.

It's like 'The Young Ones' wasn't a comedy show but a prophecy sent from the past.

RIP Rik.

P1ss taking develops wit, sense of humour, a thick skin, sets you up more for reality of life. Self deprecating humour is also a charming and very British trait. But they want rid of this. Sadly in time what they’re preparing for may well be reality, or more than likely 2 sections of society. The snooty superiority complex brigade and everyone else. As you say, once their professional role disappears I’d bet they’re quite useless.

If Johnson makes an electoral pact with Farage just to try to force a "no-deal" Brexit over the line then I hope he is soundly defeated. Of course the result would be accepted. That's the system we have. That doesn't though mean that a fight to reverse the decision wouldn't then begin probably alongside another to try to avoid the break up of the UK.

Wrong.
Every PM should be chosen by the population they are due to 'represent'.
This is where your blinkered belief that we have a 'democracy' again falls flat on it's face.
Political systems are put there to favour the few, never the many.
Europe has a population of around 750mil. How many voted for Ursula von der Leyen?
You appear to only agree with systems/processes that suit you.
Too long on the nipple?

Your first line is 100% correct!

Every government represents ALL the people and not simply a sectional interest of it.

Their responsibility is to do what they believe is best for the country as a whole. Of course different governments have different approaches to what that means and how to achieve it but the principle remains true for all.

Political systems are NOT there to favour the few. That is a travesty of an idea and completely wrong.

The President of the European Commission was recommended as an candidate acceptable to all members by the EU heads of state but the MEPs, who were put there by us, have to confirm them. Which they very nearly did not. So there was a democratic decision involved in her appointment.

That the Commission has delegated powers is true but the key word is delegated. The final power rests with the states themselves via the Council of Ministers and the European Council. We put those who represent us onto those bodies.

Absolute b****cks. You really think this would apply to a Corbyn government that would be a puppet for the Unions and Momentum?

Well good luck convincing large swathes of people outside the south east that they were represented by the Thatcher government.

Or anyone in Europe that the European Union represents them democratically.
