I wouldn't like to pay the inheritance tax on that.

Back in virus land, I hear infections have gone up 20 percent.

It's almost like they are trying to keep pace with inflation.

Infections or just illness? The two are very different things.

I would think the two are closely related. More infections must mean more illness.
The hospital numbers are saying this is the case.

I heard infections.

Still, I must admit I don't really focus much upon the Kung flu these days.

Infection rates allegedly up in Wales, but no meaningful data, just media wordage.
Firstly, I can see the number of visitors/holdayers has increased. just by number of camper vans and caravans, and also groups of pedestrians walking local streets, beaches and shops.

Secondly, in my own group of friends, I know of 3 adult school-workers who have tested positive for Covid last week.

based on this unrealistically small sample size, I have extrapolated the data to reach the conclusion that asymptomatic children and their ignorant parents, are at least partially to blame for any suggested increase in infections.

No free test kits in Wales (just like Engerland), and you can't even buy them because supplies have run out. So Government Policy has led to this situation of no data. And so ultimately we are now back where we started, but now (by stealth) embarking on a "Herd-Immunity" strategy.

Nice try but the virus is getting weaker. So weak that an 80 year old with dementia doesn’t even know they have a cold.

I can understand the frustration with the lack of tests. But then it’ll be lack of full sick pay and furlough. If I was at risk I’d have FFP3 masks and maybe stay away from certain situations during waves/peaks.

I agree on ignorant parents. The women these days in cars should be banned from driving during pickup and drop off times.
