Grumpy doesn't want to play. Never mind, the case wasn't about politics anyway let alone the 'far right'. The case was about self defence.

Can't help but think a dangerous precedent has been set with this verdict. It gives licence to ordinary US folk to arm themselves and go wading into protests/civil disobediences and shoot people under the pretext of self defence. And the above does without going over state lines with an illegally procured firearm which for some bizarre reason the judge in this trial threw out. All I can say is I'm very glad we don't have guns in this country!

I, too, am glad we don't permit the widespread possession of gums. This would not have happened here. It is also my fear that, whatever the truth in this case, that it will encourage the boneheads in the "Proud Boys", and similar movements, to believe they can go shoot a few protestors and claim self defence. I hope I am wrong. Time alone will tell. Next though, wait for some pot stirring by Trump.

Funny isn't it. I mean just how many times has this guy said that we have to accept the rulings of elites. As with Brexit, this just shows that it's only when he agrees with them. Personally I think the right verdict was reached here.....while thinking that it would have been better if this teenager had just not gone (though apparently he was asked to help). That said, part of what a free society should be is that dissenting voices should always be allowed. He would do best to keep that in mind when he describes voices he doesn't like as dangerous (like Gab) while believing his own dissenting voice isn't.

Indeed, the guy who was shot in the arm tried to shoot him. None of them were persecuted for arms offences to my knowledge. Were you concerned about all this during the 18 months of rioting before Biden election? People lost their lives during that as well....but I saw no complaining from the left during that time. What is all this 'going over state lines' nonsense....He worked over state lines for god's sake! It was literally minutes for him. I am in AWE of Rittenhouse. Firstly this lad has the guts to stand up against scum who are out looting and burning at the behest of their Democrat over-lords. And then he shoots and kills two scumbags, including one of the most disgusting and deviant nonces ever, along with wounding a third piece of s*** as well. All of which are deemed perfectly legit shootings. And is now going to rake in MILLIONS from various scummy left-wing media organisations who have defamed, and lied, him over and over again. Maybe even sue Joe Brandon himself. LOL. That would truly be the cherry on the cake. Along with causing me to be able to bathe in Progressive tears for weeks. What is not to like?
