What was said was that there are no monetary considerations, which means that a commercial business system doesn’t exist. Not that individuals don’t sometimes either cheat or misunderstand the system. That’s especially true of the NHS which is the subject of the discussion. I looked it up because I had forgotten it. When I did it said nothing at all which undermines my remark. I don’t pay enough attention to your posts to judge if you post extreme comments, and am not making a personal accusation. The remark was a general one.

Until then it is an outrageous slur on those trying to assist vulnerable people come to terms with their circumstances and make their lives happier.

As in all walks of life, even one where there is abundant oversight like medicine and severe punishment for transgressions, rogues exist. Look at Harold Shipman.

Yet again you find it hard to be proved wrong. Drs are indeed bound by the Hippocratic Oath, nobody is talking about the NHS, monetary considerations do enter the debate, you had to Google it. Drs are employed both by the NHS & the private sector, this is where they gained monetary gain by selling body parts. Give it a rest, have a nice night.

Dr. Mengele carried out medical experiments on children at Auschwitz, so the comparison is very appropriate.

The whole subject of this discussion is about the provision of NHS support for gender dysphoria. If you seek to expand it to other matters perhaps start a new thread. Kidney transplants by rogue doctors in private patient clinics are not NHS support for gender dysphoria.
