Personally, not being a twitterite I enjoy reading these posts

You don’t book a medical unless you have a verbal agreement. I’m sorry but at times deals are out of our control it does not mean the information shared is incorrect.

Excuse me, but why on Earth would you say the deal is to be confirmed this week before a player has even passed said medical. You don’t seem to understand what close means in football…because close, this was not.

If you choose to believe rumours, then you cant get upset, if thats all they are.

Hope Dougie has a few more gems up his sleeve . Our supposed midfield reinforcements have all been strongly linked with other clubs in the last couple of days . Docoure being the exception but even that ones gone quiet

I do wonder if West Ham are paying over the odds for him, just to get bodies through the door. His stats for goals and assists in the championship were not great. 8m would have been reasonable.

The recruitment since Vieira came in has been first class so I’m not bothered if one slips through the net.

I still feel we will see O'Brien in a Palace shirt. Of all the players linked he is the most like Gallagher and the fact he has a release fee (10mill) takes the `auction` out the equation.
