Your last paragraph is painfully silly.

Trolling. As usual from you.

Which has more audience & therefore more money :

a. Women playing football

or

b. women taking their clothes off and getting sweaty

And a logical contribution as ever from you.

Can they perhaps be combined somehow?

If it's such a different game, why was he qualified to go and coach the women?

He was the England coach. Women's footy/teams were, at THAT time, nothing.

Well the lady footballers DO take their clothes off and they DO get sweaty, however they put other clothes on in between. Having said that, there aren't many of them that I'd be that keen to see 'au naturel'.

To be fair YT, male footballers(allegedly) do exactly the same, BUT there would be a lot of posters on here who would love that, allegedly.

Keegan was asked about chasing naked football ladies around the dressing room. And beating them with a wet towel......

I don't mind women's football. I am planning on bringing my neice to a palace women's game soon and supporting them.

Most of the time I only turn on a game 1 minute before it starts or 1 minute after if they are doing the kneeling and then go for a walk at half time and turn it off at fulltime anyway.

But when I do watch it this box ticking women pundits and commentators in the men's football is so forced and cringe.

I am sympathetic to these sentiments.

Furthermore all that noise emitted by female commentators when a goal is scored really grates on my ears.We are subjected to a cacophony of high-pitched emotional outbursts which results in wailing and lamentation in "Chez Willo".

Ticket prices for women's football will make it more affordable for many.

What you’ve failed to realise there Willo is that in order for the female pundits to both know they’re supposed to show emotion, and to provoke this naturally, their male colleagues wave a new handbag in front of them when a goal goes in. Inevitably this can often cause over excitement and even hysteria.

There’s a woman now on MoTD who is either relatively new or I’ve lost all track of time. She usually does the smaller games (I always have Bournemouth in mind). She’s not bursting with personality but seems intelligent, amicable and knowledgeable of the game. That’s all I want really. Keep employing people for their sex, race or any other ridiculous/irrelevant parameter, and the quality will inevitably decline.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!
