One of my friends used to clear up the body parts from people hit by trains. It's all about compartmentalisation and control of mind I suppose. I'm not squeamish but it'd totally destroy me I'm sure. You're right though, they have ways of dealing with things.

It's happening too often and I wanted to highlight and moan about it.

Like there should be 1st degree political correctness, 2nd degree political correctness and so on. It'd make arguments a lot easier if someone said "You're being 3rd degree racist" because you could go "well yeah, fair enough, but don't you start accusing me of 2nd of 1st degree racism".

He was sacked due to a private email being publicly aired for trite reasons which exposed both the company and individual to activist bullying in all its unfairness. Bering an old fart I had to Google "Bashment music" as I'd never heard the term and it lead me to this article [Link] where police banned this type of music from a bar in Croydon so it seems that it's OK for Metropolitan Police but not for a bar in Shoreditch

I remember watching that Stewart Lee piece at the time and being mildly annoyed at how he misrepresented and used the typical easy targets to score hits....fair enough...it's stand up...whatever gets a laugh...it's not meant for me, despite no doubt he or his fans thinking he's 'educational'. It did make me smile to know that the 'progressives' would be cheering along though. As long as someone gets something out of it.
