No it didn't.

That direct charge was overturned by the appeal judge.

He was convicted under 'subjective recklessness' and 'anxiety to defendants'.....precisely because both charges are impossible to disprove.

The whole case rested upon the judges taking a subjective view. What Robinson did could have easily been ignored and indeed press have interfered far more with trials in the past and nothing has happened.

This point has been made many many times on this thread yet you continue to push these weak narratives.

This trial was set up by the Attorney General to find Robinson guilty because of who he is.....and people like you defend it.

Oh I admit bias!

I am biased towards the rule of law, equality and freedom under the law for all, and due process.

He didn't though did he? And if he did he would have got no answer to a theoretical question. People are judged on what they do and not what they say they are going to do.

He wasn't tried by his peers, it wasn't a jury trial....just one more thing on the ever ending roll of things you get incorrect.

As for you to talk about bias....blimey talk about taking the biscuit.

I admit bias! To the law and due process for everyone. Including people like "Robinson".

You are right though that was not a jury trial, my apologies for that error but it really doesn't alter the argument. He was found guilty after due process was followed. You either trust our legal system or you don't. Those that see bias against one section of society because they happen to agree with it's world view are themselves based. I believe we treat everybody the same and I do have some first hand experiences to back that belief.

He was convicted of those charges precisely because they could have threatened the ongoing investigations by giving defence lawyers arguments that their clients defence had been compromised. The two things are inextricably linked.

That new charges were sought was probably a legal requirement because of the way the first trial ended.

The basic argument is totally solid."Robinson's" actions compromised a trial and hindered justice to the detriment of the victims. He is a not a hero.

Very noble. Describing someone as a rabble rouser who uses the suffering of others wouldn’t seem to indicate the objectivity you claim.

Back to thread title for a moment.
He did expose the grooming gangs issue though didn't he? That you must admire; the act not the man minimum.
And he doesnt hate muslims.
He disagrees with the teachings that brainwash muslims.
He has Muslim friends including imams.
Those that agree with him about the very same thing.
Find evidence of that being untrue.

I don’t know but he claims he did and court officials have agreed.

His activities hindered the work of the Police and others to bring these people to justice.

So far from helping the victims he was potentially causing them more harm than they had already suffered.

He has been exposed as being what seemed obvious to many for a long time. He is an attention seeking rabble rouser with a special hatred for Muslims who uses the suffering of others to promote his own agenda.

What a load of self serving crap.

The authorities were burying the whole problem so the idea that Robinson was the problem has no validity.

Do explain how he jepodised any convictions.
