I'm not really an egalitarian as such, I've just been shaped by experience having seen so much lions led by donkeys in the work place (I voted for Thatcher in 83 and 87 b4 I grew up) - pay the people who work hard and care properly, and don't spunk money on bureaucrats and stuffed-shirt undead careerist manager clones, and don't set up systems where you have unaccountable leaders - bcos they'll over pay themselves, get their mates in and over pay them, and under pay staff and under invest in resources and only employ people who are either compliant enough or stupid enough to not point out why it's not working. I do believe we have a work culture which weirdly celebrates toadying and bullying more than it does talent and intelligence, make a country to be proud aof nd you'll start seeing some real patriotism, the care and fellowship doing the rounds atm is grounds for hope.

This post is very similar to one someone posted last year. Unless I'm having a dejavu moment.

I think perhaps it's an under statement to say that's stretching it.

According with some ideas is not 'everything'.

It might not be that much of a coincidence, it's a widely held view that many would call 'truth' rather than left wing activism, the deja vu may be subconscious denial, you agree with everything I say but it leaves a bitter taste.

Starmer got a very good review from The Guardian today about Keir's performance in PMQ's v Dominic Raab yesterday.
Starmer doesn't put on a media performance, he asks concise and intelligent questions and is able to dissect inadequate answers, was their summary.

Refreshing to have the signs of some tangible opposition to the current mess in Government.
UK politics has been in dire straights for the last 20 years. Are there some signs for optimism ?
Getting rid of Corbyn's disciples was a step in the right direction.
