Todays second download isn't a bootleg but it is a live album. This is Weezer - live in Del Mar, California 2011. I've posted a few albums by Weezer in the past - and only one of those was a bootleg. This is a self released album by the band. One for any Weezer fans... Todays extra download is a set by the legendary Herbie Hancock that was recorded at the Monterey Jazz Fest, Monterey, CA in September this year. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. This is only the second bootleg by HH that I've posted - mainly because good quality boots seem to be quite rare and hard to find. This is a great show - if a little short, possibly not the whole set.. but what's there is well worth downloading... Todays first download is a set by Foreigner that was recorded at the Electric Ladyland Studio in New York. This show was recorded by WNEW-FM New York for syndicated radio play on radio stations all over the US. The audio for this show has been taken directly from the original syndicated disc. The quality of this is superb - pindrop perfect sound quality. The set is a good one a well with some great tracks being played including the famous singles "Cold As Ice" "Waiting For A Girl Like You" and "I Wanna Know What Love Is" all being played. I've left in the radio ad promos and credits - you can remove them if you wish, I decided to leave the show as I got it. This show rocks big time and is a must have for any fans of Foreigner.... thoroughly recommended. Todays second download is a bootleg by Crack The Sky that was recorded at the WBAB-FM studios, Long Island, New York in 1978. This is in superb quality and is a fantastic bootleg. This is great stuff, top prog rock - and the band sound great. This is the second bootleg by this band that I've posted - I've previously posted a show from Baltimore 1981. This is the better sounding of the two. If you like prog rock - do yourself a favour and download this one - its wicked!... Todays extra download is a set by Tesla that was recorded at the Manchester International Festival in 1991. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. The band were touring on the "Psychotic Supper" tour. This is only the second bootleg that I've posted by this band - I haven't seen that many good quality ones. I will see if I can find some more - in the meantime, if you like Tesla - grab this one, it's thoroughly recommended... dear staffie, can i request an album by jean michel jarre, entitled 'oxygene' ? This is bugging me because i used the HOL search engine and found the live album you posted, but i have a few of the studio tracks on my MP3 files, and they can only have come from the MP3 thread.
