Who said they wanted freedom of movement
Who said they wanted mass immigration
Who wanted cultural change in cities

NO ONE. It was thrust on us without asking and people who will swallow some hardship.

That's true. We voted originally to join an economic union and the 1975 referendum was also about us staying in an economic union.

Many of the changes from an economic union into a European superstate didn't come about until much later and the populace didn't have a say in the matter

As you stated earlier that there is no proof that people blamed foreigners.
With your answer you may well get the evidence to answer your own question.

I've seen communities up and down the country change. I look long term and voted so my community doesn't change from its current identity. It's called democracy.
Voting leave was also a protest vote to the government on how badly their immigration policy is.

I don't blame the foreigners I blame our government for allowing big buisness to bully them for cheap labour

No surprise there, all major disasters are preceded by parliaments majority in favour of them.

Parliament's relationship with the real world is entirely coincidental.

I knew you'd come round re the European Parliament, Commisson et al in the end.

So the labour leave constituencies, probably who will be taking the biggest hit from brexit, now receiving special attention from Mrs May.

Arise Sir Dennis Skinner 'The beast of Bolsover' knighted for services to the tories.

Well Dennis do you know, we could really help you keep that coal-mine open if you see what we mean.....

Got a lot of time for Dennis Skinner, he'll be 87 in a couple of weeks.

One of the old school, a socialist who actually seems to stand by his principles.

It’s interesting how many leavers are so sure that we didn’t vote out on economic grounds.. now that we have a better idea of consequences.

Economic arguments were a massive part of both campaigns - it’s only since the consequences have been better understood that leavers have shifted economics out of the argument.

Precisely. They just deny, call people liars, say project fear and say economics are not a part of it.

Of course it is, our jobs our pensions and savings, interest rates, how much we pay at the till all depend on the economy.

They're happy to jeopardise all that because they believe slogans on buses. Actually I think many have given up on the unicorn and are trying to save face

A while ago on lbc someone from abroad had they said 5k of treatment.
Whearby they offered to pay there and then and were told they couldnt and needed to be invoiced at their home address wherever that was.
Every hospital must have an accounts dept.
The mind boggles and a bit of blue sky thinking is needed.
I reckon a majority of patients from abroad would gladly pay for their treatment if they could but cant because of administration.

In an ideal world maybe... but unfortunately not

With the digital age I don't think it's healthy to be tied to the EU whilst it's going down the pan. I would rather forget free movement and look to future of automation

It's not the fault of foreigners or the EU but our own system and incompetence

That's Brexit in a nutshell, get people to blame foreign people and the EU for our own failings and they can get away with it

Just a shame so many people bought it

So the women who manage to travel whilst heavily pregnant (having managed to conceal this from the airline) solely to give birth at YOUR expense aren't at fault!! Do me a favour.
Those that travel and immediately demand treatment for aids/kidney/liver /heart disease aren't at fault?
I have seen many examples over the years, you say it is the fault of the system/incompetence but it is the people closer to your political persuasion who demand that these people are not denied treatment and shouldn't be removed.
Please dont say this is why I bought into Brexit, which I can't see is that relevant to health tourism
