The Constitution has for many years been repeatedly ''violated'' by many to the detriment of the American public.

Next.

Arpaio was found to be violating the constitution, was ordered to stop, agreed to stop, didn't stop and was convicted of contempt of court.

Just to be clear, what Arpaio was doing was throwing into jail people of colour because, when challenged on the street or in their cars to prove that they were a citizen, they couldn't. Think about if that was you - do you walk around with your birth certificate or passport?

So on the way to work, you get pulled over and end up in jail because you can't prove you're a citizen. You stay there until you can. Meanwhile, you get fired from your job because you didn't show up that day.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

Why would I do that? It's an unrelated field of expression.

I think it's in the wider interest that you upload some.

From the website of the Communist Party of Great Britain:
"The capitalist class will never willingly allow their wealth and power to be taken away by a parliamentary vote. They will resist using every means at their disposal. Communists favour using parliament and winning the biggest possible working class representation. But workers must be readied to make revolution - peacefully if we can, forcibly if we must."

Quite agree with them, if you win a election to government, and then are prevented from taking power, then it becomes necessary to utilise revolutionary means to ensure the survival of democracy.

If the Labour party lost an election, and maintained power, I'd support any means that the opposition went to in order to re-establish a rule of democracy.

I wouldn't support any political party that wasn't prepaired to support the defence of democracy by any means necessary.

Nice try. But of course what they say is: "Communists favour using parliament and winning the biggest possible working class representation. But workers must be readied to make revolution - peacefully if we can, forcibly if we must."
The treasonable stance "to make revolution" is unconditional. It does not say 'if we are elected and there are moves to unseat us, we would call for a revolution'. It is the communists like Scargill that try to bring down elected governments by politically motivated strikes.
Their website also says "The Communist Party of Great Britain is a revolutionary political organisation".
Also in their 'advice to Labour Party Marxists (hope you are taking notes Nick), they say: "Taking on the right-wingers: As the hard right begins its civil war, the left must respond with a combination of disciplinary threats, constitutional changes and reselection measures. Those in the pay of big business, those sabotaging Labour election campaigns, those who vote with the Tories on austerity, war or migration, must be hauled up before the NEC. If MPs refuse to abide by party discipline, the whip must be withdrawn. We should democratically select and promote trustworthy replacement candidates."
Couple of other items that show how 'democratic' and law-abiding the new communists are: "Communists make no mechanical division between legality and illegality under the conditions of bourgeois rule. They are not opposites, but different moments in the development of the class struggle."
"The Communist Party therefore - even in the most democratic of periods - maintains and endeavours to constantly improve its illegal work. Our party must be a combat organisation of the working class."

Not how I read it. I think they're having a laugh if they think they could even win a seat in parliament, let alone create a revolution. They're a tiny, and insignificant party, even on the left - Even the SWP and Socialist Party outnumber the Communist Party.

They were insignificant even back in the days of the miners strike (with Militant and the SWP being the major left wing militant movements in the UK). These days these groups are more middle aged men with old beliefs (like me) than likely revolutionaries and the next Baader Meinhoff.

And that's why the far left aren't taken seriously as a threat, because they aren't. They're a largely spent force, who aren't a threat.

They only thing they're a threat to is their bankruptcy insurance provider.
