1. How do you know that this is an accurate translation vs a respin for likes

2. Pretty rich from Putin considering his extensive corruption and illicit wealth

He's right about many things, but he doesn't say these things for the good of the West, but for his own ambitions.

Remember that this is the same man prepared to kill innocent women and children for those same ambitions.

How can we suffer a moral or ideological lecture from the likes of him?

Funny, how lots of people on the right seem to be siding with putin, not the killing of innocents exactly but the reason for war, just had a conversation in the park with a renowned right wingerwho thinks i am to(no point giving to much away), and he was going on about putins right and wants the wests deep state gone from Russia, or Ukraine, strange times indeed!

I find it very sad to see any of my fellow countrymen, or indeed anyone else in the western world, offering even a tiny amount of sympathy to the views of Putin on anything. He is as devious as the day is long, and all he was doing then was trying to divide us. Looks to me as if he is succeeding!

My comment on Page 2 on 29th June 2019 remains very apt, especially with hindsight.

This quote from his speech ought to be enough to give food for thought:-

"Liberals cannot simply dictate anything to anyone."

No-one should, and those who think they can have no place in a democracy.

True.

The sad thing is that it takes him to say it.

Here we have only liars.

You are as disingenuous as Putin is.

The fact that you can write that without seeing the self contradiction is almost amusing.

Nuance is not your strong suit is it.

His reasons for war are personal, and what he says about the West is designed to be divisive.

He shouldn't worry. The West is doing a great job of wrecking itself. Sadly, he is right about that if nothing else.

He must be on a wind up or at the top percentile of lacking self awareness.

When you know, as you surely do know, that Putin only says such things to drive in a wedge, there isn't any disingenuous in pointing that out. Putin no more believes these things than he believes in anything other than himself. You can see why Trump was attracted to him. They come from similar moulds.

Putin worked Trump like a puppet. Both Trump and his supporters fell for it hook line and sinker.

The idea that if Trump had still been President, none of this would have happened, which has been suggested in these pages, I find risible. It would have been much worse, as Trump would likely have stopped the USA providing any kind of support, either equipment or intelligence.

It was me that pointed that out.

You just try to score political points as per usual.
