Standard reply, unfortunately, for some reason that has been made harder.

Go and live elsewhere then if it is such a s*** place?

Would you have said that to the black South Africans?

That reply used to be reserved for 'foreigners' but now they're even turning on themselves in frustration at what a disaster it's turning into

Brexit was the best thing modern Britain has done in sixty years.

Besides, why are you still waffling on about Brexit?.....it's done and dusted.

Notice how brexiteers now using phrases like 'modern Britain'?

That's because they realise brexit is the break-up of the United Kingdom.

And possibly, down the one, contributed to the break up of the EU.

Not at all. That's just what you hope and want, in typical vindictive style of most 'brexiteers' having realised what a huge mistake in reality that decision has been, their only 'salvo' is to wish economic hardship on millions of EU citizens. Still, don't let learning from your mistakes get in the way of the flag waiving and nationalism.

Why is that vindictive? Read my post, I said possibly not hopefully, not twisting words are we? I don’t wish ill or hardship on anyone but carry on your anti- Brexit rhetoric if it makes you feel better. Did I make a mistake voting for Brexit? Maybe, maybe not, no one really knows yet, not even you ( I know that may come as a shock to you) but my conscience is clear.
Your constant bleating about flag waving, nationalism is getting boring now but still amusing

Staffing crisis forces "Pied a Terre" to ditch lunches. One of Londons longest -standing Michelin-starred restaurants is to close for lunch this weekend because of an acute staffing crisis in the hospitality industry.David Moore, the owner of Pied a Terre in Fitzrovia, said covid and furlough had played a part, but the staff shortage was firmly down to brexit. This, and the wetherspoons brexiteer chap wanting softer rules to allow europeans in, together with farmers not getting enough workers to pick the veg, leading to higher prices. The reality of the situation is coming to the fore, lets all enjoy the ride!

And why is that such a bad thing? Seriously. What is so great about Scotland being part of the UK?

It makes almost zero difference to the average person in England if Scotland does decide to go its own way. There are certain strategic interests such as the nuclear bases and I guess that since Scotland would still have the Queen as head of state, our armed forces could still recruit but the country already has its own legal and education system so really, effectively in many ways already a separate country.

I am increasingly moving a position where by I look at all these threats about breaking up the UK and wondering what all the fuss is about?

If Scotland wants to join the EU then good luck to it. They voted in favour of remaining and I reckon they deserve another independence vote. Give it to them ASAP is my stance now.

Why would anybody on the left actually want the UK to remain together? Seriously?

Why do brexiteers persist in this completely false argument that the EU will breakup.

It is nonsense.

The EU can move ahead without the UKs continued obstruction.

Vaccines actually are nothing to do with brexit, and the UK is now dependent on the EU for them anyway.

The UK, if it had remained, would probably have tried to block the recovery fund, and the China/EU deal to appease Biden.

With friends like Johnson, who needs enemies?

Taking back our waters is he? Well Johnson they are full of s**t, just like you are.
