45 years ago, our games teachers used to look at us in the school showers after games of rugby. I recently found out, at least one of the teachers is gay and may have used a visual image of my naked body as sexual stimulae. So, I realise it's a civil case, and the result is "more likely than not", rather than "beyond reasonable doubt". The first Matrix film was a good allegory for how real society is actually run. Most people are invested in the system and aren't that interested in how it works at the top. They are happy to believe what they are told and take everything at face value. The Epstein episode was a crack in that façade but as we have seen, most people will go along to get along and as long as they aren't personally affected couldn't give a feck. I believe she is guilty, that said the evidence was pretty flimsy according to the media reports so I am surprised she was found so by the jury. She will appeal the verdict and she may get away with it. If that fails no doubt her lawyers will go for a plea bargain in return for a lighter sentence. The problem with that is that plea bargains only work when little fish give up big fish and she is a big fish. If all she can give up are more little fish I doubt the AG will care. So does she have dirt on Trump / Clinton/ HRH etc. This will roll on for a while.

That island was left alone for long enough for evidence to taken, destroyed or indeed acquired if there were a system actually interested. Personally I doubt that she has any hands to play that she could prove. However, this is the daughter of a very powerful and useful figure. They will probably find a way at some point down the line. I thought it interesting that the pilot of the Lolita express says he remembers Virgina Giuffre around the time these events were supposed to happen. He says she didn't look underage at all, Randy Andy may have had her but I don't think he was looking for Jailbait.
