It's something of a revelation to listen to actual fleshed out conversations rather than sound bites and rushed 5 minute long interviews. It doesn't surprises me about marathon runners either to be honest. The phrase too much of a good thing comes to mind. The greatest mystery in athletics though has to be, what stopped Paula Radcliffe's head bobbing around like crazy!

He only eats Quorn. Maybe he didn't read the contract and they actually paid him in a lifetime supply of Quorn. Them's the breaks.
