Of course he didn't name the mogul either (who'd probably sue him into oblivion).

Let's not forget though that there were women here who turned him down and didn't report him and went on to have and still have massive careers.

Many people use calculation within their careers feeling compelled to do ethically incorrect things to get on or seeing others do ethically incorrect things and chose to do nothing about it. They become tainted by it. Of course when this ethically incorrect thing is sexual everything is multiplied ten times.

Essentially there is a question here about character, the reality is that most things in life involve trade offs and this is no different. We all know the brown nosing employee, most of us know of the good looking bird who got somewhere fast because she literally climbed that greasy pole.

If that had been my daughter I'd hope that she'd slap him and walk out and report him. But ultimately it's her decision. Some did do that and that's why we get his eventful downfall.

But the ones who went along with it....and then later on get out the pitchfork.....that's annoying. It's the ones who reported him who deserves all the praise....but most of those aren't famous I'd imagine.
