Independent perhaps unbiased I think not. The name of the commission gives the game away I would be more amazed if they said no need to raise taxes.

It's a pressure group by any other name.

Hauge matters because he was the one who paved the way for Sunak. Sunak, from Southhampton, effectively gets parachuted into a rock solid Tory shire seat in Yorkshire. In 2015.
