Sure, you can have a British passport, but that doesn't make you a Northern European or British in the genetic sense.

If you expand your logic, then consider Black lives matter. What that all about then? You are an apologist for this organisation, and yet you would despise any group that had 'White' in the title.
Surely you can't have 'Black' people or 'White' people because you only need a passport to call yourself something.

As we have seen in recent years, so called science is being corrupted by woke politics.
'British' is just a label defined by your passport. That has nothing to do with genes.

Most people in Britain are predominantly English/North West European with a smattering of other genes.
That is our genetic heritage and one that will be erased in a short time at current rates.

So how about your Chinese passport? Would you claim to be Chinese?
What about a Black African county passport? Do you fancy being a Black African this week?

You at your most obdurate when you refuse to acknowledge that science continues to reveal and destroy long held incorrect opinions. You and your mentor hold views that are past their use by date.

Science is not, and cannot be, corrupted by “woke” or anything else. Science is science. It has to be peer reviewed before it even gets published.

If you bothered to actually read the links I provided you would understand that what you claim is complete nonsense. Genes have nothing whatsoever to do with race or ethnicity. That is a fact. Race and ethnicity are social and cultural constructs which can alter over time and be adopted by people and accepted by others in time. Nothing in this arena are set in stone. It’s protecting and nurturing our social and cultural heritage which is important. Not the genes.

Should I hold a Chinese passport, live in China and be married to a lady born there then I would indeed claim to be Chinese. Whether others would accept yet that is another question but my grandchildren would definitely be, if they grew up there.

Those who hold South African passports have both African and European heritages. They seem to have worked things out rather better than it once looked they would.

Someone can claim to be a cat and can claim to be a frog. Someone can claim to be a Martian.....I don't believe there was ever a law against it.

However, if someone moves to China and marries a Chinese bird then their claim to be Chinese wouldn't be recognised by either the state or any other institution.....It's written into law. For them you need at least fifty percent genetics for that.

No it hasn’t but it is a lot better now than it looked as though it was going to be at one time, not so long ago. What it proves is that given a chance people can find a way past any prejudices that have been passed down to them.

Their journey is not complete, but it is on the way.
