Yeah, I'm sure that Russia would really take well to having its leaders replaced so they are made more acceptable to western social liberals. Clueless statement of course because it's not just Putin but a whole regime....the army, which again...is hardly going to be on the western side after seeing its men bombed with their missiles. Now they face the challenge of establishing a law abiding democracy. They have started a journey but there is a long way to go. The fact that Einstein and the lowest IQ person who ever lived shared 99.9% of their genes is the whole point. High IQs can exist in all societies but not all societies nurture them. It’s not the genetics themselves which are important. It’s the heritage of the society and its culture. Give high IQ people the exposure to the heritage and they will thrive within it. Exclude them and they won’t. Making “the genes work together” is the result of society and its culture. Of course there is a much wider and deeper problem in Russia than just Putin. He is just the label and current embodiment of it. Societies like that, which adopt standards unacceptable to us, cannot be trusted and ought not be partnered with until they can be. That has been a hard lesson to learn but it now has been and I don’t think I will witness an easing of relations in my lifetime.
